Normaly shipping costs vary a bit depending on the destination.
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If your item is available in stock, you will normally receive it in 3-5 working days (domestic) and 7-15 working days (international).
We accept PayPal payments for international order or transaction. Within Indonesia, we are also able to offer invoice payment subject to certain conditions and an invoice fee.
4. Returns & exchanges
We offer returns free of charge within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. To return an item, use the return waybill and the return form which were included with your parcel. Make sure the form is filled out completely. If you are missing any of these, please get in touch with us. The refund will be processed within 3-5 days after we recieve the returned item.
5. Claims & faulty items
If there’s a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we cover items which are inherently faulty but not faults which arise as a result of natural/expected wear & tear.
Approved returns or claims will be refunded within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, assuming you have provided us with complete and correct information about your purchase.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
1. Order & order confirmation
As soon as we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at the time of order placement. Please check your order confirmation immediately and ensure that all details are correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, or if anything is unclear or appears incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org). Save your order confirmation for future reference in case you need to contact us regarding your order. If any of your items are out of stock but will be re-stocked in the near future, your order will be delivered as soon as all items are available. If stock shortages cause a delay above and beyond seven (7) working days, you will be notified by email. For further information, please see “Delivery time” below. Please contact us if you wish to remove from your order any items which are not currently in stock and which are causing a delay to the delivery of your order.
2. Prices, sales & offers
Prices listed on turquoisedenim.com are listed in US Dollar currency, Indonesian Rupiah, and Malaysian Ringgit. We reserve the right to rectify pricing errors and adjust prices in case of exchange rate fluctuations which make listed prices incorrect. We reserve the right to make running adjustments to prices and cancel products and/or orders in case stock of particular products is sold out. Periodic sales and/or campaign offers are valid unless otherwise stated as long as the item is available in stock and/or until the end date is reached under the terms specified in each offer/campaign.
3. Payment terms
Payment turquoisedenim.com currently offers two method of payment within Indonesia, and one paymen method for International services.
Any purchases from countries other than Indonesia are subject to PayPal. purchases from Indonesia using Mandiri or BCA Bank Account. These payment methods cannot be combined on one single order. turquoisedenim.com cannot accept any other means of payment than those listed above. turquoisedenim.com does not add any surcharges for payment made via debit/credit card or PayPal. We only sell to private persons. If you choose to pay by a card or via a PayPal-account belonging to a legal person, you are responsible for all additional costs in this connection and you undertake to compensate us for any and all additional costs that we may suffer in this connection.

Turquoisedenim.com offers returns free of charge within 7 calendar days from the date on which you receive your order. Your right to return items requires such items to be in pristine original and unused condition. All original labels must remain in place where they were when the items left our warehouse. When you return goods, the transport risk is on your account until the items reach our warehouse.
After the 7 day period, turquoisedenim.com cannot accept return of goods. We cover the return freight charges for your return if you wish to make use of your right to return goods – on the condition that you use our return waybill. The free of charge return freight does not imply that we will refund the initial shipping surcharge which may have been added at the time of order placement and which covered shipping to you. Please note that we also do not refund any local import duty and/or import Value Added Tax or similar local charges (primarily applicable to deliveries outside of Indonesia. Nor do we refund any applicable invoice fees which were added at the time of purchase. The refund will be fully processed within 3-5 days after we recieve the returned item.
